Wide trousers in 14oz rope-dyed raw denim. Woven and sewn in Hiroshima, Japan.
The denim is woven in the Bingo region of Hiroshima, one of Japan's denim-producing areas, from thick 6/6 open-end yarns. Rope dyeing leaves the core of each yarn undyed, so the indigo fades with wear. The garment is sewn by a small factory in Hiroshima.
Cut with a relaxed rise and room through the knee, finished with a pressed center crease. A colored leather patch sits at the back: yellow on Indigo, red on Black.

Japan Raw Denim Wide Trousers 14oz
Our premium denim is made with fabric from one of Japan's leading denim mills, in partnership with a factory in Hiroshima that also produces for designer brands.
It is a heavy, refined denim made with 14oz Japanese denim.
It is rope-dyed, so it fades beautifully over time, like vintage denim.
The design has center pleats and no rivets, which gives it both the rugged feel of denim and a clean, elegant look.
*This denim has never been washed. It will shrink about 2–5cm after the first wash.

Textile
A heavy, solid denim made with 14oz Japanese denim. It is rope-dyed, so it fades beautifully over time, like vintage denim.
center pleat
Center pleats on the front and back, and no rivets. This design gives the trousers both the good points of denim and the elegance of dress trousers.
Leather tag
For the leather patch on the back, we chose an accent color in vegan leather that is strong against water and washing. Unlike natural leather, it does not easily get hard, fade or lose its shape, so it keeps its bright color for a long time.
