Delivery timing	In-stock items are shipped approximately 1–5 business days after order completion (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items are shipped around the restock date stated on the product page. If in-stock and pre-order items are ordered together, all are shipped together after the pre-order item arrives. We cannot ship items separately. Orders cannot be cancelled once completed.
Returns and conditions	If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
