Other fees	International Shipping fee: The fee depends on your country and the weight of your order. You can see the fee at checkout (EMS; UPS for the United States). Free shipping is only for orders in Japan. Customs duties and import taxes: For the United States, you pay them at checkout, and there is no extra payment when you receive the package. For other countries and regions, they are not included in the price, and you pay them to the carrier when you receive the package. If you do not pay the duties or taxes, or if you refuse the package, we cannot give a refund or send the item again. Please see our Refund Policy. Japan Shipping fee: ¥1,000 (tax included) for all areas in Japan. Free shipping when your product total is ¥35,000 or more. We may use a different carrier with the same level of service without notice. Please write the full name of the person who will receive the package. If there is no full name, we may not be able to deliver it.

Payment timing	Credit card: Your card company will charge you on its billing date. PayPal / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: You will be charged on the billing date of the card or payment method linked to your account. For orders in Japan only Mobile payment (PayPay, Merpay): You pay when you place your order. Paidy (pay later): Pay at a convenience store or by bank transfer by the 10th of the next month, or by bank account on the 12th.
Shipping time	In-stock items: We usually ship within 1–5 business days after your order (not including weekends and Japanese holidays). Pre-order items: We ship them around the date shown on the product page. If you order in-stock items and pre-order items together, we will ship everything together when the pre-order items arrive. We cannot ship them separately. You cannot cancel your order after it is complete.
Returns	If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days after you receive it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges in these cases: You removed the tags. 8 days or more have passed since you received the item. Your own reasons (for example, the item looks different from what you expected, the size is wrong, or you ordered by mistake). You used the item, even once. You damaged or stained the item, including the package or accessories. Sale items. Items marked "non-returnable," such as limited items. Items that clearly look used (for example, smells of perfume or cigarettes, makeup marks, damage or stains).
