Shipping & Rates
Carrier: Sagawa Express or Japan Post
Shipping fee: Flat rate of ¥1,000 (tax incl.) nationwide
- Orders with a product total of ¥35,000 or more qualify for free shipping (domestic Japan delivery only).
- Please note that we may change the carrier to an equivalent service without prior notice.
- Please be sure to include the recipient's full name in the shipping address. Delivery cannot be completed without it.
- Pre-order items are shipped around the restock date stated on the product page. If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. *We are unable to ship items separately. *Orders cannot be cancelled once completed.
Delivery Time
In-stock items: shipped approximately 1–5 business days after your order is completed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order items: shipped around the restock date stated on the product page.
*Pre-order items are indicated on their product page. Items without such a note are in-stock items.
International Shipping
We also ship worldwide. Please note that the terms differ from domestic (Japan) shipping.
- Carrier: EMS (international express mail); UPS for the United States.
- Shipping fee: automatically calculated by destination region and weight, and shown at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders.
- Customs duties & import taxes:
- United States: duties and import taxes are collected in advance at checkout — no additional payment is required on delivery.
- All other countries/regions: duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier upon delivery.
- Delivery time: varies by destination and customs clearance (typically around 1–3 weeks after dispatch).
- Please enter an accurate shipping address including the recipient's full name.
