Shipping policy

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Oceania. If you cannot choose your country at checkout, please contact us at info@acircleofthepeace.com.

• Carrier: EMS (Japan Post). We use UPS for the United States.
• Shipping fee: The fee depends on your country and the weight of your order. You can see the fee at checkout. Free shipping is only for orders in Japan.
• Delivery time: Usually 1–3 weeks after we ship. It depends on your country and customs.

Please enter your full address and the full name of the person who will receive the package.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

• United States: You pay duties and import taxes at checkout. You do not need to pay anything when you receive the package.
• Other countries and regions: Duties and import taxes are not included in the price. You need to pay them to the carrier when you receive the package.

If you do not pay the duties or taxes, or if you refuse the package, we cannot give a refund or send the item again. For details, please see our Refund Policy.

Shipping Time (All Orders)

• In-stock items: We usually ship within 1–5 business days after your order (not including weekends and Japanese holidays).
• Pre-order items: We ship them around the date shown on the product page. If a product page does not say "pre-order," the item is in stock.

If you order in-stock items and pre-order items together, we will ship everything together when the pre-order items arrive. We cannot ship them separately.

You cannot cancel your order after it is complete.

Shipping in Japan

• Carrier: Sagawa Express or Japan Post
• Shipping fee: ¥1,000 (tax included) for all areas in Japan
• Free shipping when your product total is ¥35,000 or more

We may use a different carrier with the same level of service without notice.

Please write the full name of the person who will receive the package. If there is no full name, we may not be able to deliver it.
